Recently announced 2020 slalom race dates

IN RESPONSE TO THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS, JUNIOR TEAM TRIALS AND THE OLYMPIC TRIALS HAVE BEEN CANCELED.

With the winter equinox in the rearview mirror, Colorado whitewater paddlers are beginning to look to the upcoming 2020 season with excitement. And with Colorado snowpack close to 120 percent, it looks like a promising season.

So with that in mind, here’s a little information about some whitewater races:

-CANCELED-Junior Canoe Slalom Team Trials, OKC—May 2 & 3 -CANCELED-U23 and Olympic Team Trials, OKC—May 2, 3, 8 & 9 -Junior Olympics, Nantahala Outdoor Center, NC—August 8 & 9 -Senior Canoe Slalom Nationals, Dickerson, MD—October (date TBD)
