Who we are

Team Colorado Whitewater Racing is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth with world class, competitive whitewater canoe and kayak coaching opportunities in an inclusive, safe and supportive environment. Based on Colorado's Front Range, TCWR athletes train year round, competing in national and international whitewater events. New paddlers are always welcome; no experience required. May 2024 bring new opportunities friends and experiences.

2023 has taken TCWR athletes all across the world. From Costa Rica with the Pacure Outdoor Center. To the NOC for the US Open to Montgomery and OKC and even Spain with @cadi.ck Also all across Colorado competing in a wide variety of events. Like freestyle, slalom, extreme, 8 ball, wildwater and a multiple downriver races at @mountaingamesvail and @fibark_

This year TCWR also had 4 Spanish exchange paddlers from @cadi.ck with these paddlers we showed them all around Colorado and even took them to Montgomery for Age Group Nationals.

Also in 2023 we’ve had several athletes place on the podiums in a variety of events. @luca._.bohn placed first in Junior C1 Men at team trials earning him a spot at worlds where he placed 38th. Also @connar_haak got first 🥇in cadet k1 men at AGN and placed in second 🥈in cadet extreme men. @andrew_kayak was also able to get a spot on the men’s u-18 USA extreme team but sadly he wasn’t able to compete in worlds alongside @luca._.bohn. Also @niknijhawan_ tied with @oliverheppner10 to take first 🥇at @fibark_ this summer. And finally @niknijhawan_ also qualified for the u-18 USA wildwater team while also placing second 🥈in U-18 Men’s Extreme at AGN.
